Professor Zaitouni Kulthum won the National Competition 2023Tarbya-UP Challenge

As a reminder, Professor Zaitouni Kulthum is a graduate of the French Language Department, educational languages, the Faculty of Arts and Languages at the University of Glizan, the Master 2023 batch and the owner of the first Start-UP project in the college under the supervision of Dr. Tweidin Abdel-Waheed.

Madame Zitouni Keltoum, French language teacher was honored by the Minister of National Education, Mr. Abdelhakim Abed, the 4 May 2024, at the National Institute for Education Research, in El Achour, in Algiers, On the occasion of his victory in the Tarbya-Up Challenge national competition 2023 , with his project representing a trilingual dictionary which was selected from 12 innovative projects that can be materialized within the new Inre incubator : Incubeduc_inre.
As a reminder, Zitouni Keltoum is a graduate of the French language department, Faculty of letters and languages of the University of Relizane, promotion master DLE 2023 and holder of the first start-up project, Under the direction of Doctor Tiouidiouine Abdelouahid.
